Conveyancing

Using a lawyer to assist in your property transaction means you receive detailed legal advice and your matter is considered within the greater scope of the law. Whether you are purchasing or selling, we will guide you through the contracts, liaise with lenders and organise the settlement.

When purchasing, we provide pre-contract advice, liaise closely with brokers and lenders, and assist with family transfers, subdivisions and off-the-plan purchases. When selling, we liaise with your agent and bank, prepare a section 32 statement and, if required, your sale contract.

Many conveyancing firms offer a seemingly cut priced service but the quoted price may not cover everything required to complete the transaction. You may end up being charged more than expected. Our fixed price covers all of our work. Only government and authority fees are charged separately.

Our conveyancing service is inclusive of:

  • Use of the trust account
  • Verification of identity
  • Attending settlement
  • Post-settlement banking
  • All correspondence, and
  • Advice on legal issues.
