The team at Cumberbatch and Williams Lawyers is led by Meredith Williams, Principal, who has been practising in various legal roles for more than 30 years and commenced as a sole practitioner in 2009. Since this time, she has built up a loyal client base due to her efficient and thorough approach. Meredith is committed to providing service of the highest quality to her clients and is known for her problem-solving skills.

Following completion of her articles, Meredith practiced law in the area of civil litigation for 12 years for Wainwright Ryan and Eid Lawyers, Fisher Sharp and Associates and Victoria Legal Aid. Prior to her current role, Meredith worked as a Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology and taught in both the Justice and Legal Practice courses for 12 years.

Meredith’s areas of practice include:

• Deceased estate administration and management including grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
• Disputed deceased estates
• Conveyancing.
